基于气介式超声波的明渠流量实时监测系统

摘    要:为实现对渠道流量的自动化、智能化监测,基于超声波遇介面反射的原理,设计了基于气介式超声波的渠道自动测流装置系统。以T40KI芯为发射传感器,以R40K1芯为接收传感器,传感器将水位信号传输到MSP430F149单片机进行处理,RS232串口经MAX3232CPE转换芯片实现电平转换后,将信号传输至上位机,从而实现了水位和流量数据的处理、结果显示以及监测的自动化、智能化。最终通过系统测试验证了该系统实时流量监测的可行性与可靠性。

Real-time Flow Monitoring System of Open Channel Based on Gas-medium Ultrasonic Wave
Abstract:In order to realize the automatic and intelligent flow monitoring of the channel, the automatic flow gauging device system has been designed on the basis of gas-medium ultrasonic wave. Taking the core T40KI as the emitting sensor, and the core R40KI as the receiving sensor, the sensor will transmit the water level signal to the micro control unit MSP430F149 for processing. After realizing the level switch via the converting chip MAX3232CPE, the serial port RS232 will transmit the signal to the upper computer with the result of realizing the processing water level and flows, and the automation and intelligence of result display and monitoring. The feasibility and reliability of the real-time flow monitoring of the above-mentioned system is eventually tested and verified through the system test.
