感应同步器的幅值误差和正交误差的检测与补偿

摘    要:论述了感应同步器的幅值误差和正交误差对检测精度的影响,研究了检测幅值误差和正交误差的检测与修正,提出了一种多位置检测误差法.通过搜索方法,将非线性方程组进行线性化处理,应用最小二乘法检测幅值误差和正交误差,进而修正幅值误差和正交误差.实验表明,采用该幅值误差和正交误差的检测与修正方法,可以大大提高感应同步器的精度.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the influence of amplitude and quadrature error of Inductosyn on the measurement accuracy in detail,researches the theory of detecting the two kinds of error,and proposes a multi-position error detection method.Nonlinear equations are linearized through search methods,least-square algorithm is applied to measure amplitude and quadrature errors,and further amplitude and quadrature errors are modified.Finally,experiments show that this updating method of error could improve the accuracy of...
