| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 全部病人随机分成两组。治疗组 80例内服中医药 ,中药外敷加理疗 ,保留灌肠 ,静滴鱼腥草注射液 ;对照组 35例 ,仅内服中草药 ,每日一剂 ,两组疗程均为 2 1天。所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 治疗组 1疗程后 ,总有效率为 95 % ,对照组 74 .38% ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。 2疗程后总有效率为 10 0 % ,对照组 98.75 % ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。结论 综合疗法是治疗慢性盆腔炎较为有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of chronic pelvic infection treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods All patients were divided into two groups:the therapeutic group and the control group. 80 cases in the therapeutic group have taken traditional Chinese medicine orally,put it on the skin and tookk physicotherapy. And the control group have only taken Chinese herbs orally and it has been taken once a day. The course of treatment in both groups was 21 days. Results The data had been tested after a course. The total response rate was 95% and 74.38% respectively (P<0.05.) The total response rate was 100% and 98.57% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion It is an effective method for chronic pelvic infection to treat with comprehensive method. |
