脑梗死患者T淋巴细胞亚群监测及其临床意义的研究

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者T淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞仪对32例急性脑梗死患者发病后第3、5、7、14天的外周血CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞进行动态检测。结果急性脑梗死患者发病后第3、5天外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞和CD4+/CD8+比值均较健康对照组低(均P<0.05),而第14天的CD4+T淋巴细胞和CD4+/CD8+比值与健康对照组相比差异无显著性意义(P>005)。结论急性脑梗死患者第3、5天的细胞免疫功能明显降低,第7天开始逐渐恢复,第14天基本恢复正常,提示急性脑梗死后预防感染的重点时期是发病后2周内。

Dynamic changes of T lymphocyte subgroup in the peripheral blood and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the dynamic changes of lymphocyte subgroup in the peripheral blood and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The numbers of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subgroup in the peripheral blood were examined with flow cytometry in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction (CI) at the 3rd ,5th,7th and 14th day after the onset respectively. Results The numbers of CD4+ T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ with acute CI were lower than those in the normal group at the 3rd, 5th day after the onset (p<0. 05). Conclusion The im-munological function of the cells in the patients with acute CI decreased obviously at the 3rd and 5th day, and then restored partly at the 7th day, at last restored completely at the 14th day after the onset It suggests that the focus time for the prevention of infection complications is in 2 weeks after the acute CI.
