摘 要: | 以La-ZSM-5沸石为基质,添加镁的氧化物和高温处理所制得的择形催化剂,能适应未加精制的催化裂化干气与甲苯烃化制取对甲基乙苯工艺过程;单程操作周期可达15天,生成的甲基乙苯中对位的选择性占90%,失活后的催化剂可烧炭再生。此外,还考察了反应条件对烃化反应的影响。

Para Methyl Ethylbenzene Production with Toluene and Ethylene in FCC off Gas |

Abstract: | shape selective catalyst based on ZSM 5 zeolite containing Si,Al and La with addition of magnesium oxide and subsequent thermal treatment is used for the alkylation of toluene with FCC dry gas containing 10%~30% of ethylene.The reaction is carried out in an adiabatic bed reactor.The single pass operation cycle is 15 days,giving an ethylene conversion of 50%~85% and a selectivity of 90% to para methyl ethylbenzene.The deactivated catalyst can be regenerated by burning off the carbon using conventional method. |
