北京市丰台农村地区成年居民日均饮水量调查

目的调查北京丰台农村地区成年居民日均饮水量及其影响因素,为水质健康风险评价奠定基础。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对选定的调查对象近1周饮水状况面对面进行问卷调查,并用带刻度定量容具对调查对象每日每次饮水量进行比对估计。结果丰台农村地区成人日均饮水量为2 219±49 ml,男性日均饮水量为2 367±73 ml,女性日均饮水量为2 065±64 ml,男性日均饮水量高于女性(P<0.05);30～39岁和60岁以上人群高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);本市居民高于流动人口(P<0.05);不吸烟者高于吸烟者(P<0.05)。结论成人日均饮水量受多因素影响,水质健康风险评价应综合考虑各因素条件下的日均饮水量。

Daily Water Intake and Its Influencing Factors Among Adultsin Fengtai Rural Area in Beijing

Objective To investigate daily water intake and its influencing factors among adults in Fengtai rural area in Beijing,and to lay a foundation for the health risk assessment.Methods The participants were selected with multistage random sampling method and were conducted questionnaires face to face;the daily water intake was recorded for the last seven days using a quantitative measurement.Results The average daily water intake of adults was 2219±49ml;the daily water intake of men and women was 2 367±73ml,2 065±64ml respectively;significant difference was found between men and women(P<0.05);the daily water intake of adults within 30-39 years old and with age>60 was higher than other age group adults(P<0.05);the daily water intake in local people was higher than that of floating population(P<0.05);the daily water intake in nonsmokers was higher than smokers(P<0.05).Conclusion A variety of factors could influence daily water intake of adults,and those influencing factors should be fully considered in the health risk assessment.
