甲醇汽油在汽油机上的应用研究

摘    要:通过在JW491Q-ME型汽油机上分别燃用92#汽油和标号为M0、M15、M25、M35甲醇汽油,研究不同燃油燃烧的稳定性、经济性、动力性及排放性等特征指标。结果表明:输出功率恒定时,燃油油耗量(B)高低依次为M15M35M25M0,甲醇汽油较92#汽油的B值增幅在5%以内,但综合甲醇价格优势,甲醇汽油经济性优于92#汽油;且燃用M15、M25、M35的输出功率及扭矩均大于燃用M0、92#汽油,甲醇汽油动力性能更强劲;排放性方面,甲醇汽油的CO、HC排放明显低于92#汽油,NOx排放则主要取决于发动机燃烧温度。在怠速条件下,甲醇汽油的NOx排放与92#汽油的相当,而高负荷时,甲醇汽油的NOx排放明显高于92#汽油,但经三元催化(TWC)后,NOx排放降幅可高达99.02%,甲醇汽油的NOx排放可控。可为中低比例甲醇汽油的实际应用提供参考。

Abstract:This paper made a research of stability,fuel efficiency,power performance and conventional emission on the gasoline engine by respectively using of 92# gasoline,M0,M15,M25 and M35 methanol-gasoline.The experiment results show that the level of fuel consumption is M15 > M35 > M25 > M0 when out-put power is constant,and the oil consumption growth rate of methanol-gasoline compared with 92# is not more than 5%.But economy of methanol-gasoline is more prominent than 92 # gasoline because of the price of methanol.And out power and torque of burning M15,M25 and M35 are both larger than M0 and 92 # gasoline.Methanol-gasoline is more powerful.On emissions,Both CO and HC emissions of methanol gasoline is obviously reduced compared with 92 # gasoline.However,the NOxgeneration amount depends largely on the combustion temperature.In idle mode,NOxemissions from methanol gasoline tend to decrease.But NOxemissions of methanol-gasoline is significantly higher than 92 # under high load mode.However,the decline of NOxemissions is up to 99.02% after TWC.NOxemissions of methanol gasoline is controllable.The article provides a reference for the practical application of the low proportion of methanol-gasoline.
