Abstract: | The replacement and installation of large equipment are often needed in the reconstruction and maintenance projects of offshore platforms. When the weight of the equipment exceeds the lifting capacity of the platform crane, it becomes very difficult to lift the equipment. For the existing two methods, that is, by the large floating crane to complete the lifting, or by the platform structure design auxiliary lifting frame to complete the lifting, compared with the former, the latter is more economical for the cost. Taken the installation of two new transformers lifted to the old platform of phase Ⅰ development project in Qinhuangdao 33-1 south oilfield as an example, the conventional method of this kind of construction is introduced. |
