摘    要:结合哈尔滨国际机场跑道,停机坪,飞机维修库地面施工,正确地分析了大面积无筋混凝土整体面施工阶段的裂缝出现的原因是变形变化引起的,即结构由温度,收缩与膨胀,不均匀积降等因素引起的。通过工程实践和理论分析提出了行之有效的控制裂缝限度的施工技术措施:采用分条跳仓浇筑法,控制混凝土配合比的水泥和水的用量以及骨料级配,加强混凝土的振捣和养护,设置永久性缩缝。

Abstract:on the basis of pavement construction in Harbin Intemational Airport, the cracking of mass monolithic plain concrete ground surface is analysed carefully. The reason of cracking is due to deformation change, namely it is caused by shrink and expansion from temPerature change or unequal setilement. Through construction experiences and theoretical analysis effective technological methods of controlling cracks were put forward in this paper, such as method of pouring concrete by sePerate strips,strict control of proportioning and mixing of concrete, titening up the management of conveying, placing,compacting and curing, and setting up permaneant joints etc.
