T/CJ 13 tex清纱工艺参数的设定

为充分发挥电子清纱器的清疵功能,提高筒纱质量,对LOEPFE FR-700型电子清纱器的工艺参数进行了三种方案的试验对比.通过对筒纱10万m纱疵情况进行统计对比,确定了优选的工艺参数:N通道D=5倍;Short通道L=1.0 cm,D=2.4倍;Long通道L=60 cm,D=1.4倍;Line通道L=20 cm,D=-50%.指出:电子清纱器工艺参数的设定应综合考虑纱疵分级规定和后道工序的要求及生产效率来制定.

Enactment of T/CJ 13 tex Clearing Processing Parameters

To exert the clearing defects function of electronic clearer and enhance cheese quality,three plans comparison of processing parameters of LOEPFE FR-700 electronic clearer were done,through statistic and comparison of 100 thousand meter defects,optimized processing parameters were confirmed as follows.Passgage N D=5,Short passage L=1.0 cm,D=2.4,Long passage L=60 cm,D=1.4,Line passage L=20 cm,D=-50%.The test shows that the enactment of processing parameters of electronic clearer should be according to the regularity of defects grade and the demands of back passage & productive efficiency.
