食品添加剂中铅的氢化物原子荧光测定法

摘    要:目的建立氢化物原子荧光法测定食品添加剂中铅的方法。方法采用原子荧光法测定铅的含量。样品经恒温消解后,选择最佳的仪器条件和测定条件进行测定。结果铅含量在0.00~50.00μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.998 3,检出限为0.40μg/L,相对标准偏差2.4%~2.8%,加标回收率在94.4%~100.7%之间。结论方法简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于食品添加剂中铅的测定。

Abstract:[Objective]To establish method for lead determination in food additive by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]Atomic fluorescence method was adopted for lead determination.After digested at constant temperature,samples were determined for the concentration of lead under optimal conditions of the instrument and determination.[Results]The lead showed liner relationship in the range of 0.00~50.00 μg/L;the correlation coefficient was 0.998 3;the detection limit was 0.40 μg/L;the relative standard deviation was 2.4%~2.8%,the recovery ranged from 94.4%~100.7%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for lead determination in food additive.
