| 摘 要： | 目的建立同时检测果蔬中23种有机磷类农药的快速灵敏的分析方法。方法采用气质联用的方法,同时对果蔬中的23种有机磷类农药进行定性及定量分析。结果所有23种有机磷类农药均在30 min内流出,分离良好,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r>0.996,有较好的准确度和精密度,回收率为73.7%～107.3%,相对标准偏差小于6%。结论应用该方法对35份果蔬中有机磷类农药进行测定,阳性率3.7%。实践证明该方法选择性好,分辨率高、灵敏度高,符合分析要求,具有简单、快速的特点。
