| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨易善复对重型肝炎的治疗作用。方法：选择43例重型肝炎患，分治疗组22例，对照组21例，分别于治疗前后检测肝功能及凝血酶原时间。并进行疗效判断。结果：治疗组治疗后肝功能好转明显优于对照组。总有效率治疗组为59.1%，对照组28.6%。差异显，结论：易善复可提高重型肝炎的疗效。

| Abstract: | AIM To investigate the effect of Essentiale N in the treatment of severe hepatitis. METHODS 43 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group (22 cases) and control group (21 cases). Serum levels of ALT, AST and FT were assayed before and after treatment in all groups, and their changes were analyzed. RESULTS The total effective rates were 59.1 % in the therapeutic group and 28.6% in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Essentiale N can improve the therapeutic effect in treating severe hepatitis. |
