摘    要:针对220 kV电网分区分片运行及其它原因造成备用线路的存在给继电保护整定计算带来的问题,提出了基于运行约束条件的解决方案。首先,介绍了湖北电网中存在的一些影响继电保护整定计算的实际运行情况,如220 kV电网的分区分片运行、220 kV线路互为备用等;然后,针对这些情况对继电保护整定计算的影响,给出了基于运行约束条件的整体解决方案,并对其中的关键技术进行了阐述。

Abstract:An approach based on operation constraints is proposed to settle the problems on protective relay coordination brought by the backup transmission lines because of the divisional operation of 220 kV power grid and other reasons.Firstly,the practical operation situations which will infect protective relay coordination in Hubei Power Grid is introduced,such as the divisional operation of 220 kV power grid and interactive backup of 220kV transmission lines,and so on.Then,a solution scheme based on operation constraints is presented to address the problems on relay coordination brought by above situations,and the involved key techniques are illustrated.
