红外热图术诊断偏头痛的研究

摘    要:对128例偏头痛患者的红外热图进行了研究,发现偏头痛患者痛侧与健侧的红外热图明显不对称。红外热图显示偏头痛的痛侧头皮血管呈扩张状态者92例(72%),痛侧头皮血管呈收缩状态者14例(11%),说明偏头痛患者的红外热图有显著差异。因此,可把红外热图作为诊断偏头痛的一项客观指标;此外,根据红外热图特征,还可判断偏头痛的病因系头部血管扩张抑或血管收缩所致,从而为临床治疗选择血管收缩药物或血管扩张药物提供客观依据。

Abstract:The thermographies of 128 patients with migraine have been studied. There is a distinct asymmetry between pain and healthy side of migraine cases in the thermography. The vascularities of scalps in pain side of 92 cases (72%) are dilated, and 14 cases (11%) constricted. Their thermographies have significant differences. Therefore, the thermography can serve as an objective diagnostic method. According to the characteristies of the thermography, we can diagnose whether the case has vascular dilation or constriction and select adequate therapy.
