| 摘 要： | 刘河间提出的广义之玄府作为遍布机体的至微至小的一种结构 ,具有流通气液、渗灌津血等功能。玄府功能发生病变 ,流通气液障碍 ,必然导致津停为水 ,充斥玄府 ,瘀滞玄府 ,形成水淫玄府。水淫玄府有轻重微甚之异。轻者水淫局部玄府 ,形成隐性水肿证 ;重者水淫全身玄府 ,形成显性水肿证。认为水淫玄府是中医学的基本病机之一。强调从微观的角度 ,认识水肿的发生和病因病机 ,有助于丰富中医学理论 ,正确的决策临床干预方案。 |

| Abstract: | Sweat pore is very small construction of the whole body,which is advanced by LIU He-jian,has the function of promoting qi,blood circulation and body fluid.Pathogenic water can accumulate in sweat pore when sweat pore can not transport the essential substances from food stuff.Pathogenic water can accumulate in local sweat pore and become invisible hydrops,and pathogenic water accumulating in whole sweat pore can lead to visible hydrops.It is pointed out that pathogenic water accumulating in sweat pore is one of the basic TCM pathogenesis.Recognizing the cause,etiological factors and pathogenesis of hydrops from microcosmic angles are emphasized,which can substantiates the TCM theories and clinical treatments. |
