高铁低硅烧结试验研究与实践

摘    要:通过对太钢高铁低硅烧结技术的试验探讨,针对低硅烧结矿所存在的问题,提出了改善烧结矿质量的措施以及生产低硅烧结矿的适宜工艺参数,为太钢顺利生产和使用低硅烧结矿提供了依据。经过生产实践证明,太钢生产碱度为1.8烧结矿,烧结矿的SiO2含量降低到4%以下,会导致烧结矿强度降低,粉率升高,对高炉炉况顺行不利;太钢烧结矿SiO2含量控制在4.5%以上,铁品位超过了59.7%,烧结技术指标完全能够满足高炉炼铁生产的要求。

Abstract:Through the study of low silica sinter technology,reasonable measures and process parameter were put forward on how to improve the quality of low silica sinter by considering the production difficulty of low silica sinter.The production tests show when the SiO 2 content of sinter less than 4 % and sinter basicity being 1.8,the sinter strength would become deterioration and the blast furnace become difficult to operate.After industrial tests and studies the SiO 2 content of 4.5 % is considered as the reasonable technical index for blast furnaces.
