核电厂初步可行性研究工作要求

在介绍核电厂前期工作应执行的法规/导则/规范/标准的基础上,重点论述了核电厂规划选址的工作程序、准备工作及原则.在核电厂规划选址和厂址选择阶段,应收集大量的资料,进行认真和仔细地研究,尤其应重点研究核安全法规相关的内容,在初步可行性研究报告的编制过程中,应重点关注厂址选择报告的评审意见并将其纳入初步可行性研报告中,同时应注意是否符合核电厂初步可行性研究报告的内容深度的要求.

Work Requirements for Nuclear Power Plant on Pre-feasibility Study

On the base of introduction of the regulations/guidelines/norms/standards which should be followed at preparatory work,the working procedures,preparation and rules on planning plant site selection for nuclear power plant are expounded.On the phase of planning site selection and site selection,data should be collected widely and studied carefully,especially the ones concerning with nuclear security laws and regulations.On the phase of pre-feasibility study report compiling,the comments of site selection should be mainly concerned and be part of the report.Moreover the level of the report should also be considered.
