摘    要:为研究化学激发剂对铜渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料性能的影响,测试了铜渣粉掺量为30%、45%,激发剂掺量为0.5%、1.0%、2.0%时铜渣粉复合水泥胶体的抗压强度,采用抗压强度比定量分析激发剂对铜渣粉复合水泥胶体的激发效果,利用扫描电镜观察激发剂作用下铜渣粉复合水泥胶体水化产物的微观形态。结果表明,随着铜渣粉掺量的增加,水化产物量减少,浆体结构孔隙含量更多,抗压强度降低,但激发剂的激发效果更显著。随着Na_2SO_4掺量的增加,激发效果呈现先减小后增大的趋势,最佳掺量均为0.5%。铜渣粉掺量为30%时,Ca(OH)_2最佳掺量为2%;铜渣粉掺量为45%时,Ca(OH)_2最佳掺量为1%。Ca(OH)_2对铜渣粉水泥体系的激发效果较优,且随着龄期延长效果更明显。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of chemical activator on the colloidal property of copper slag-cement,the compressive strength of copper slag powder composite cement colloid was tested when the content of copper slag powder was 30%,45%and the amount of activator was 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%.In addition,the excitation effect of activator on copper slag powder composite cement colloid was quantitatively analyzed by compressive strength ratio,and the microstructure of colloidal hydration products of copper slag powder composite cement was observed by SEM.The results show that with the increase of the content of copper slag powder,the amount of hydration products decreases,the pore content of slurry structure increases,and the compressive strength decreases.With the increase of the dosage of Na2SO4,the excitation effect first decreases and then increases,and the best dosage is 0.5%.When the content of copper slag powder is 30%,the best content of Ca(OH)2 is 2%.When the content of copper slag powder is 45%,the best content of Ca(OH)2 is 1%.By contrast,Ca(OH)2 has the better excitation effect on the copper slag powder cement system,and the effect is more obvious with the prolonging of the age.
