| 摘 要： | 为了探讨更经济、简便、有效的细胞融合方法 ,作者用鸡红细胞和Hela细胞为材料 ,聚乙二醇 (mw =4 0 0 0 )为诱导剂 ,诱导鸡红细胞 ,Hela细胞融合。结果鸡红细胞和Hela细胞融合率分别为2 2 %和 2 0 % ,两者无显著差异 ,但鸡红细胞更优于Hela细胞

| Abstract: | Objective To find a more effective and economical and easier method of cell fusion.Method Make chicken red blood cells and Hela cells to fusion by part,which was induced by PEG(mw=4000).Result The rate of cell fusion in the red blood cells and hela cells were 22 and 20.There were no singificant difference between them. |
