| 摘 要： | “法律、法规授权组织”是重要的法律概念。但由于其内涵和外延的缺乏明确性,人们在实践中难以准确把握其范围。本文从内涵和外延方面指出其在立法表述上的困境,以寻求新的立法表述方法。

| Abstract: | "Orgnization Authorized by Laws and Regulation"is a important legal concept.However,because of the uncertainty of the concepion of connotation and extension,this uncertainty makes it difficult for us to detemine its scope exactly.From the concepion connotation and extension,this article indicates the predicament of the concept,and proposes the new concept. |
