活塞裙部超磁致伸缩车削加工机理研究

摘    要:提出了一种以超磁致伸缩换能器为驱动源的车削加工方法。通过对活塞裙部变椭圆截面及中凸型线的成型理论分析,阐述了活塞中凸变型面的超磁致伸缩车削加工实现机理。初步实验结果表明,该加工方法不仅能满足设计加工要求,而且还简化了加工过程,为超磁致伸缩材料在活塞裙面中凸变型面的车削加工领域的应用奠定了理论和实验基础。

Abstract:Through analysis on the theory that forms the varying ellipse section and middle-convex curve of piston, the cutting mechanism of the giant magnetostrictive system is expounded. It can be proved that the method has favorable machining precision in theory with simulation to machining track. The result of experiment indicates that the cutting method not only can satisfy the machining demand but also condenses the machining process. And it provides theoretical and experimental basis to the application of the giant magnetostrictive material in the cutting machining field of piston skirt.
