| Abstract: | Based on the provisions about traffic establishment,administration,maintenance,using and clearing up in Contract Form of Water Power Engineering,the roads are classified into three categories,also the provisions of which are discussed.In the end,current practical situation of traffic and transportation management during project implementation is described and some dispute instances resulted from traffic management are presented. |
