甲基丙烯酸甲酯与SBS接枝聚合动力学的研究

摘    要:以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,甲苯为溶剂,膨胀计法研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯与SBS接枝聚合反应动力学。结果表明,接枝聚合反应对甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体浓度的反应级数为1;对BPO引发剂浓度的反应级数为0.5。接枝聚合反应的活化能为E_α=26.3kcal/mol;频率因子A=6.5×10~(14|0.5)/mol~(0.5)·s。温度升高,接枝聚合反应速度加快。


Study on Kinetics of Graft Copolymerization of SBS and Methyl Methacrylate
Abstract:The kinetics of graft copolymerization of SBS and methyl methacrylate in toluene initiated by BPO was investigated. In this case the graft copolymerization reaction rate was found to be first-order with respect to monomer concentration and half-order with respect to initiator concentration. The activation energy was 26.3kcal/rnol and the frequency factor was 6.5×10~(14) (l~(0.5)/mol~_(0.5)·s) respectively. The graft copolymerization reaction rate increases with rise in copolymerization reaction temperature.
