| 摘 要： | 轧机牌坊是轧钢厂轧钢机组的关键部件,本文介绍了用普通落地镗床T6220设计制作长悬臂立铣头来加工轧机牌坊的工艺方法,改进后的落地镗床具有加工较大范围的镗铣功能,解决了湘钢机制公司原有机床不能加工和修复轧机牌坊的难题。

| Abstract: | Roll mill housing is the key part of rolling mill. The technological way that mounts long suspension arm end vertical type milling head at plain floortype boring machine T6220 to process mill housing is introduced. The way expands machining range of floortype boring machine. The problem that can’t process and repair mill housing with the old machine in our company is solved. |
