| 摘 要： | 研究了淡紫拟青霉DZ1菌株和厚孢轮枝菌LZ1菌株对云南烟草根结线虫南方根结线虫种的卵囊和分散卵孵化的影响，结果表明DZI对线虫分散卵的相对抑制率达57．8％，LZI相对抑制率达27．15％，两种菌剂间以及与对照达极显著差异；对线虫卵囊孵化的相对抑制率DZI达60．38％，LZI达67．53％，两种菌株间差异不显著，与对照达极显著差异。

| Abstract: | Preparations of DZ1 strain isolated from Paecilomyces lilacinus and LZ1 isolated from Verticillium chlamydosporium were used to treat the egg masses and individual eggs of Meloidogyne spp. and Heterodera . The hatching of individual eggs was suppressed by 57.8% and 27.15% , respectively, by DZ1 and LZ1, the difference between the treatments and between the treatments and the control being highly significant. The hatching of egg masses was suppressed by 60.38% and 67.53%, respectively, by DZ1 and LZ1, the difference between the two treatments being insignificant while that between the treatments and the control being highly significant statistically. |
