| 摘 要： | 精神文明建设是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,但是,由于我国社会正处于转型的时期以及我们在工作和认识上的失误等原因,精神文明建设出现了严重的经济化倾向。我们必须坚持以人为本、注重实效、标本兼治的原则,保证社会主义精神文明建设沿着健康的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of spiritual civilization is one important component of the construction of socialist modernization, however, since our country is in the period of change and some of our mistakes in our attitudes towards work, the construction of spiritual civilization has tend to be more and more economizing. We must adhere to the principle of taking men as the core, of stressing practice, and of correcting the present and fundamental mistakes to guarantee the healthy development of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. |
