融熔Cu-S,Fe-S/CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3体系界面脱硫反应动力学的阻抗谱分析

摘    要:本工作用频率响应分析法测量了融熔 Cu-S, Fe-S/ CaO-SiO2-Al2O3体系的交流阻抗,得到了阻抗谱用 Randles等效电路,将所得的阻抗谱用非线性最小二乘法拟合,得到了Cu-S,Fe-S/CaO-SiO2-Al2O3体系界面脱硫反应动力学参数:溶液电阻Re,界面反应电荷传递电阻 Rct,双电层电容Cd及界面脱硫反应的速率常数kf等.

Abstract:The interfacial reactions in the systems of molten Cu-S/CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 and Fe-S /CaO-SiO2-AL2O3 were studied by an A. C. impedance method to clarify the individual kinetic factors concerning the electrode reactions at the interface between the alloys and the slag The total impedance at the iNterfaces was measured. The results obtained were used to determine the individual kinetic factors on electrode reactions between the alloys and the slag, such as electrolyte resistance R., double--layer capacitance Cd, charge transfer resistance Rct, rate constant of desulfurization reaction kf and so on.
