| 摘 要： | 患者男,58岁。右前臂出现单个结节伴触痛5年。皮肤科情况:右前臂伸侧一个黄豆大淡蓝红色结节,结节表面光滑,可见毛细血管扩张。皮损组织病理:真皮中下部可见瘤细胞团块,瘤团由血管腔和血管球细胞组成。免疫组化:血管球细胞vimentin(+),SMA(+),S-100(-)。诊断:单发性血管球瘤。

| Abstract: | A 58-year-old male presented with a 5-year history of a solitary tender nodule on his right forearm.Skin examination showed a soybean-sized bluish red nodule on the extensor aspect of his right forearm.Telangiectasia was visible on the nodule which had a smooth surface.Skin biopsy showed tumor masses in the middle and lower dermis,composed of aggregates of glomus cells surrounding blood vessels.Immunohistologically,glomus cells were positive for vimentin and SMA,but negative for S-100.A diagnosis of solitary glomus tumor was made. |
