GM屈服准则求解锻压矩形坯

摘    要:利用一种新的屈服准则求解锻压矩形坯,这种屈服准则是在π平面上取Tresca与双剪应力屈服轨迹间误差三角形的几何中线确定的屈服轨迹,从而建立了该轨迹在Haigh Westergaard应力空间上的应力方程,称此方程为几何中线屈服准则,或简称GM屈服准则。通过锻压实验,将GM屈服准则的解析解与Mises屈服准则的结果进行了比较,发现二者基本一致,并且GM屈服准则计算得到的压力与实测值误差仅为1.25%。

Abstract:In this paper,a new yield criterion is used to solve forging of rectangular workpiece firstly.The geometric mildlines of error triangles between Tresca and Twin shear sress yield loci in the π-plane are linked together and used as the yield locus of new yield criterion,which is called GM(geometric midline) yield criterion in Haigh Westergaard stress space.The analytic results of GM yield criterion are compared with those of Mises yield criterion by the actual compression test.It can be seen that they are basically agreement.And the relative error is only 1.25% between the calculated force by GM yield criterion and the measured value in the compression test.
