| 摘 要： | 从使用原因产生的质量问题入手,分析了使用质量问题与产品使用说明书的关联性;并以典型事例为牵引,剖析了产品使用说明书的相关问题及原因,揭示出元器件承制单位对保证产品使用可靠性应承担的职责;并提出确保产品使用说明书充分发挥功效的四大措施,以使各元器件承制单位充分重视使用说明书的编制与作用.

| Abstract: | Starting from quality problems associated with product application, the correlation of application related quality issues with product application manual were summarized.With typical cases as examples, problems caused by product application manual were analyzed, and the component manufacturer's responsibility for reliability of its products in application is pointed out.Finally, four measures were proposed to assure the effectiveness of product application manual.It is concluded that component manufacturers should pay great attention to compilation of product application manual. |
