在废水处理中，浮选主要用来去除水中的悬浮物和浓缩生物颗粒。其主要优势在于可以在更短的时间内、更加完全地除掉非常小的或者轻的粒子。一旦这些颗粒浮到了液体表面，就可以通过刮除操作来收集了。微气浮澄清器可安装在浆料制备系统的水回路上，以澄清过程水、提高水的利用率、降低水耗、去除抽提物、控制灰分和细小黏质，它们不仅能减少污水中的有害物质，还能提高产品的质量。

DAF Treatment Technology of DIP Process Effluent

In wastewater treatment,flotation is used principally to remove suspended matter and to concentrate biosolids. The principal advantages of flotation over sedimentation are that very small or light particles that settle slowly can be removed more completely and in a shorter time. Once the particles have been floated to the surface, they can be collected by a skimming operation. The DAF unit can be used in the water loop of wastepaper pulping system to clarify the process water of DIP plant,enhance the efficiency of water use,reduce the quantity of water used and the noxious substance in the recycling water. It can also remove the stickles, suspended matter;control the content of ASH in the same time and resultly improving the quality of DIP pulp.
