| 摘 要： | 目的观察羊膜在真菌性角膜炎手术治疗中的作用。方法手术治疗真菌性角膜炎131例(131眼),按病情及手术方式不同分为4组:A,单纯板层角膜切削组;B,板层角膜切削加羊膜覆盖组;C,单纯穿透性角膜移植组;D,穿透性角膜移植加羊膜覆盖组。对比观察其疗效。结果B组和D组(羊膜覆盖组)术后炎症控制以及角膜植片的透明性均明显高于A组和C组。结论真菌性角膜炎手术治疗中联合应用羊膜可以明显提高手术的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of amnion in the surgical treament of fungal keratitis.Methods 124 fungal keratitis were made surgical treament during September 2002 to December 2004.According the surgical means,the patients were devided into 4 groups.Group A is lamellar karotectomy;group B is lamellar kerotectomy and amnion transplanting group;group C is penetrating keratoplasty group,Group D is penetrating keratoplasty and amnion transplanting group.Observe the clinical effect of each group.Results In groupB and D,the rate of the infection control and the transparence of the donate corneal were higher than those in group A and C.Conclusions In the surgical treament of fungal keratitis;amnion can improve the clinical effect of the operation. |
