| 摘 要： | 目的研制一种以卡波姆为基质,含有替硝唑及盐酸丁卡因的凝胶剂并建立其含量测定.方法采用双波长紫外分光光度法分别对上述两种药物进行含量测定.结果替硝唑平均回收率为98.68%;RSD为0.40%;盐酸丁卡因平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.80%.结论本制剂制备简单容易,质量稳定,以紫外分光光度法测定含量,具有简单,快速之特点.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Research to manufacture a kind of take a cardralazine as the quality of ground substance,the gels imply for the tinidazole and the tetracaine hydrochloride pontocaine are combines to build up its content measurement. METHODS Adopt dual wavelength ultraviolet spectrometry to carry on the content measurement to above-mentioned two kinds of medicine. RESULTS The tinidazole average recovery rate is 98.68%;The RSD is 0.4% ;The tetracaine hydrochloride pontocaine average recovery rate is 98.5% ,rsd is 0.80%. CONCLUSION This product-system have simple easy,quantity stability measurese the content with ultraviolet spectrometry, have in brief, fast characteristics. |
