焦化蜡油溶剂萃取工艺的研究

摘    要:焦化蜡油通常作为催化裂化的掺用原料,但焦化蜡油的碱氮和胶质含量高,容易使催化裂化催化剂中毒失活,且其催化裂化转化率低,生焦量大。溶剂抽提是解决这一问题的较好途径。用润滑油抽出液代替新鲜溶剂萃取焦化蜡油,不仅能达到降低焦化蜡油碱氮和胶质含量的目的,而且提余油收率又比新溶剂抽提高10%左右,用很少的设备投资和操作费用即可实现润滑油抽出液萃取焦化蜡油工艺。

Abstract:Coker gatch is "sally used as a blended component of FCC feedstock.However,the blending ratio is limited due to its high contents of basic nitrogen compounds and resin, which deactivate the activity of cracking catalyst and result in low conversion and high coke deposition.A lubricant extractwas used as a solvent instead of the fresh solvent to extract the coker gatch for reducing its basic nitrogen and resin contents.In comparison with the fresh solvent,the raff mate obtained from the proposed method can be increased by 10%,and the equipment investment and the operation cost will be less.
