焦化气制氢工艺的开发及工业应用

摘    要:介绍了焦化气制氢技术从试验室开发到工业应用的过程。焦化富气经脱重组分、胺脱硫处理后,再采用新研制的RS-200催化剂进行加氢精制,可使气体中总硫<0.3mg/m ̄3、烯烃(体积分率)<0.1%,达到高效水蒸气转化催化剂对原料的要求。通过制氢工艺生产出纯度98.6%以上的合格工业氢气。RS-200催化剂活性高、性能稳定;焦化气氢碳比高,制氢时水碳比低,转化温度低,转化率高。以焦化气代替石脑油作原料,在技术及经济上是可行的。

Abstract:The development and commercial practice of a hydrogen production process with coking gas as feed is summarized. A qualified feed for hydrogen production unit can be prepared from coking gas through compressing, absorption of 3 carbon and heavier, amine sweetening, and succeeded by a hydrofining process using a newly developed RS-200 catalyst which possessed high activity and stability.The sulfur and olefin content in the finalized gas can be less than 0. 3 mg/m3 and 0. 1 vol% respectively,which can be acceptable to the steam hydrocarbon reforming catalyst. Since the said treated coking gas had high hydrogen/carbon ratio than naphtha feedstock, which resulted less water/carbon ratio, lower reaction temperature and higher conversion in the hydrogen production process. The hydrogen purity was over 98. 6 vol %.
