鞍钢某选厂混磁精矿矿物特征及其低温反浮选捕收剂的研究

摘    要:对鞍钢某选厂混磁精矿的矿物特征进行了测定。并根据矿物特性,利用表面活性剂和脂肪酸研制了新的反浮选捕收剂,该捕收剂适宜的矿浆温度可从28 ℃降到18~20 ℃。实验室浮选试验结果表明,18 ℃下,开路一粗一精浮选,可获得精矿全铁品位68.24%、回收率68.29%; 闭路一粗一精三扫浮选,可获得精矿全铁品位68.65%、回收率90.54%。16~18 ℃下工业现场试验可获得精矿全铁品位68.14%、尾矿全铁品位15.38%,与原来28 ℃分选指标相当。试验结果可为选厂降低成本、节省能耗、增加效益提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The mineral characteristics of the mixed magnetic concentrates in the dressing plant in Anshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd were identified. Based on that, a new reverse flotation collector was developed by use of surfactants and fatty acids. It is shown that with this collector, the pulp temperature can be reduced from 28 ℃ to 18~20 ℃. Laboratory test at 18 ℃ results show that, an open-circuit flotation by adopting one roughing and one cleaning can achieve 68.29% recovery into a concentrate with grade of 68.24% TFe, and a closed-circuit flotation adopting one roughing, one cleaning and three scavenging can achieve 90.54% recovery into a concentrate grading 68.65% TFe. The on-site commercial tests at 16~18 ℃ results in the concentrate with TFe content of 68.14% and tailings with TFe content of 15.38%, which are equal to the results obtained from the traditional beneficiation at 28 ℃. It is concluded that such test results can be taken as the technical reference for dressing plant for the purpose of cost reduction, energy conservation and profit improvement.
