| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会面临的最突出、最尖锐的问题是"三农"问题.破解"三农"难题须在宏观和微观两个层面思考并采取措施,在宏观层面重点是加快以统筹城乡发展为思路的重大政策调整;在微观层面重点是推进城乡的互动,实现以工补农、以工促农、工农互补、工农双赢.

| Abstract: | The most outstanding and incisive question is "village,agriculture,peasant" in the course of building socialism harmonious society.Countermeasures must be taken at macrocosmic and microcosmic two levels.Quickening important policy adjust in the way of making common development of city and countryside on the macrocosmic;Advancing interaction of city and countryside,achieving Industry feeding and enhancing agriculture,complementation and wins of industry and agriculture on the microcosmic. |
