新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清Ig与C3水平变化的临床意义

目的: 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)与补体3(complement,C3)之间的关系。方法: HIE患儿42例,同期正常足月新生儿33名,于生后第1天无菌抽取静脉血送检,测定不同组别血清Ig与C3水平。结果: HIE患儿血清IgG、IgA较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),C3则较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);且临床分度愈重,变化愈明显。结论: HIE与免疫球蛋白、补体C3有关系,IgG、IgA升高,C3下降可能是缺氧缺血后自身免疫炎症反应所致的一个重要变化。

Change of immunoglobulin and complement 3 in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum immunoglobulins(Ig) and complement 3(C3) in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:Forty-two neonates with HIE and 33 normal neonates at the same period were studied and their invenous blood was collected on first day after birth to analyze the quantities of serum Ig and C3.Results:The quantities of IgG and IgA in the neonates with HIE were much higher than that of the control,but C3 was much lower than that of the control.The change was positively related to the clinical grading.Conclusions:HIE is correlated with Ig and C3.The ascending of IgG and IgA,and descending of C3 may be an important marker of autoimmune reaction.
