超薄罩面层SMA-5沥青混合料的设计

摘    要:介绍了采用体积填充法进行碎石混合料SMA-5的配合比设计的全过程。提出了主骨料空隙体积填充法设计SMA沥青混合料的修正公式,并对SMA-5沥青混合料的各项性能进行了试验研究.结果表明,SMA-5沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能和表面功能,可作为沥青路面预防性养护的超薄罩面层.SMA-5沥青混合料层较薄,可以加快施工进度,节省工程造价.

Abstract:The modified Coarse Aggregate Void Filling method is adopted to design stone matrix asphalt SMA-5, with the whole design process and a corresponding modification equation being presented. Then, the performance of the designed SMA-5 asphalt mixture is tested. The results indicate that SMA-5 asphalt mixture is of good pavement performance and superficial performance, which makes it a !suitable material for thin overlays in preventive maintenance, thus saving the construction time and decreasing the cost.
