针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍29例

目的]探讨针刺治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效。方法]将中风住院55例随机分为治疗组和对照组组,针刺组29例,在西药治疗同时采用眼针、头针、眼针及体针针刺治疗;对照组26例,单纯应用常规药物对症治疗,治疗28天后观察疗效。结果]针灸组总有效率为93.10%,疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]针灸治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效好。

Acupuncture Treatment of Dysphagia after Stroke Clinical Observation of 29 Cases

Objective] To investigate the acupuncture treatment after a stroke dysphagia clinical efficacy. Methods ] 55 patients with stroke hospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group group, acupuncture group of 29 patients treated at the same time, adoption of western medicine eye needle, scalp, eyes and body acupuncture needle acupuncture treatment, 26 cases of simple application of the control group symptomatic treatment of conventional medicine, therapeutic effect observed after 28 days. Results] acupuncture group, the total effective rate was 93. 10% , significantly better efficacy than the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion] acupuncture treatment for stroke dysphagia following a good clinical efficacy.
