| 摘 要： | 研究了用去透明带仓鼠卵穿透试验检测牛冷冻精子的受精能力。对36头西门塔尔、23头夏洛来和12头利木赞牛冷冻精子的实验结果表明：三个品种的牛冻精均能穿入去透明带仓鼠卵，并形成发育良好的雄原核。穿透率在70％－80％左右，有原核卵百分率在30％左右。去透明带 鼠卵穿透试验是检测牛冻精受精能力的有效方法。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the fertilization ability of bovinc frozen-thawed sperm by penetrating the zona-free ova of hamster.We detected the frozen-thawed sperm of 36 Simmental,23 Charolais and 12 Limousin,the results showed that the frozen-thawed sperm of these three breeds could penetrate the zona-free ova of hamster,and formed male pronucleuses.The penetrating rate was 70%～80%，and the rate of pronucleuses formation was about 30%.Conclusion:this method is valid for detecting the fertilization ability of frozen-thawed sperm. |
