摘    要:通过对氧化铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料中的基体铝合金进行回收,可降低复合材料的成本,增强资源利用率。试验利用铝合金精炼原理,采用自行研制的复合材料回收剂,开展复合材料废料的回收技术研究试验。试验结果表明,回收剂对复合材料的基体有较高的回收率,回收率达到86.7%。该项技术解决了复合材料的循环利用问题。

Abstract:By the way of recycling the matrix aluminum alloy in short alumina fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites, the cost of the composites can be decreased, and resource utilization ratio can be increased. According to aluminum refining theory, with the use of the composites recycle agent developed by ourselves, the article studies the recycle technique about composite wastage. Results of the test indicate that the recycle ratio of the agent is very high to the matrix of composites, which can reach 86.7%. This technique has settled the question about the recycle of composites, so its application value is very high.
