稀土对电沉积镍基合金镀层组织和耐蚀性的影响

摘    要:针对提高镍基合金镀层性能问题,采用单脉冲电沉积法制备镍基合金镀层,并用扫描电镜、电化学和失重法研究了镀液中添加稀土元素对镍基合金镀层的组织和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:镀液中添加适量的稀土能细化镍基合金镀层组织,使镀层表面平整致密,有效地提高镀层的耐蚀性能。
