摘    要:采用铜取代炭的改进铁炭内电解法即催化铁内电解法对附子中药废水(含高盐高浓度有机物)进行预处理研究。试验得出,催化铁内电解的最佳工艺组合是:进水pH为4.6,铁/水比(m/m)为4∶3,铁/铜比(m/m)为3.5∶1,停留时间为60min。经处理后,COD由初始24000mg·L-1降为10460.6mg·L-1,盐度由61000mg·L-1降为45472.6mg·L-1,BOD5由3770mg·L-1降为3640mg·L-1,BOD5/COD由原来的0.15提高到0.35左右,为生化处理提供了有利条件。

Abstract:The paper revealed what happened when the improvement of copper to replace charcoal iron internal electrolysis namely catalyzed iron internal electrolysis was used in Fuzi Traditional Chinese medicine wastewater(which has high-salt concentrated organic )treatment . The result of catalyzed iron internal electrolysis showed that optimal combination is: pH = 4.6, iron / water ratio (m/m)was 4 : 3, iron / copper ratio (m/m) is 3.5 : 1, retention time of 60 min. After treatment ,the concentration of COD could be reduced from 24000 mg·L^-1 to 10460.6 mg·L^-1, the salinity from 61000 mg·L^-1 to 45472.6 mg·L^-1, and the BODs also be reduced from 3770 mg·L^-1 to 3640 mg·L^-1. The result also indicated that this method can raise the B/C ration from 0.16 to 0.35.
