良性前列腺增生的MRS与血清PSA、PSAD 相关性初步研究

摘    要:目的分析良性前列腺增生患者的MRS特征与血清PSA浓度及PSAD的相关性.方法 18例超声引导下穿刺活检证实的良性前列腺增生病人,在中央区设定兴趣区后利用3D MRS测定各兴趣区(Cho Cre)/Cit的比值,计算出每位患者中央区(Cho Cre)/Cit比值的平均值,与其血清PSA浓度及PSAD进行相关性分析.结果 (Cho Cre)/Cit比值和血清PSA浓度呈负相关关系(r=-0.140),无统计学意义(P=0.581>0.05),与PSAD也呈负相关关系(r=-0.494),有统计学意义(P=0.037<0.05).结论 (Cho Cre)/Cit比值较低的BPH患者往往伴有较高的PSAD,通过两者结合提高前列腺疾病诊断的准确性是有可能的.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the correlation between MRS and serum PSA/PSAD in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). MethodsEighteen patients with BPH verified by biopsy underwent 3D MRS examination and serum PSA assay. The average ratio of (Cho Cre)/Cit of central zone was measured in each patient. Correlations between the ratio of (Cho Cre)/Cit and PSA/PSAD were analyzed. ResultsNegative correlation was found between the ratio of (Cho Cre)/Cit and serum PSA ( r =-0.140), but without statistical significance ( P =0.581>0.05), whereas the negative correlation between the ratio of (Cho Cre)/Cit and PSAD showed statistical significance ( r =-0.494, P =0.037<0.05). ConclusionLow value of (Cho Cre)/Cit often accompanys with high level of PSAD in patients with BPH. It may be beneficial to combine MRS and PSAD in the differential diagnosis of prostate lesions.
