2008-2010年辽宁省MSM人群艾滋病疫情和相关行为监测结果分析

目的了解辽宁省男男性行为人群（MSM）艾滋病疫情状况和相关行为特征。方法 2008-2010年,对居住在沈阳、大连和鞍山市的MSM进行匿名问卷调查,采用Epi Data 3.1进行数据录入,用SPSS 17.0统计分析。结果 2008-2010年,各年分别监测目标人群数量为1 258人、1 254人、1 205人;艾滋病知识知晓率分别为90.0%（1 132/1 258）、94.1%（1 180/1 254）、91.1%（1 098/1 205）。2008-2010年,最近6个月同性肛交每次都用安全套的比例分别为55.7%（601/1 079）、58.5%（632/1 081）、54.0%（524/971）;艾滋病病毒感染率分别为4.6%（58/1 258）、4.5%（57/1 254）、4.7%（57/1 205）。结论辽宁省MSM总体艾滋病知识知晓率较高,但是安全套坚持使用率不高,继续有效深入的进行干预是今后工作的重点。

Analysis of the results of HIV prevalence surveillance among men who have sex with men in Liaoning Province from 2008 to 2010

Objective To study the prevalence and characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infections among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Liaoning Province.Methods A cross-sectional anonymous questionnaires survey was carried out among MSM living in Shenyang,Dalian and Anshan cities from 2008 to 2010.Data were entered by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results A total of 1 258,1 254 and1 205 MSM were recruited in respective years of 2008,2009 and 2010;the HIV/AIDS awareness rate was 90.0%,94.1% and 91.1%,respectively;the rate of consistent condom use was 55.7%,58.5% and 54%,respectively;HIV prevalence was 4.6%（58/1258）,4.5%（57/1254） and 4.7%（57/1205）,respectively.Conclusion Although the level of HIV/AIDS related knowledge is relatively high,high-risk sexual behaviors are common among MSM in Liaoning Province,and the rate of condom use among them is low.Continuous and effective interventions will be the priority in the future.
