眼树莲不同极性溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性

摘    要:目的:研究眼树莲Dischidia chinensis不同极性提取部位的体外抗氧化活性。方法:以95%乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯为溶剂分别对眼树莲进行冷浸提取,得到各种溶剂提取物EE,AE,EAE,测定了其总酚和总黄酮含量,并采用DPPH.法、ABTS.+法和铁离子还原能力法对其抗氧化能力进行研究结果:眼树莲各提取部位具有较强ABTS.+清除能力,最高清除率达88.97%,其ABTS.+清除率强弱顺序为EAE>EE>AE;对DPPH.清除能力较差,最高清除率仅达38.37%;以BHT为阳性对照,眼树莲各提取部位还原能力强弱顺序为BHT>EAE>EE>AE。结论:眼树莲乙酸乙酯部位(EAE)具有较强抗氧化性,可作为天然抗氧化剂及功能性食品的开发资源。

Abstract:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of different extracts of Dischidia chinensis. Method: The total phenol and total flavonoids content of ethanol extract, acetone extract and ethyl acetate extract from D. chinensis. Their antioxidant activities were investigated in present study, employing various methods established in vitro systems, such as the scavenging activities on DPPH radical and ABTS + · radical, and reducing power. Result: These plants possessed good scavenging activities on ABTS + · radical (reaching to 88.97%) in the sequence of EAE>EE>AE, but weak scavenging activities on DPPH · radical (only reaching to 38.37%). Their reducing power activities are in the sequence of BHT>EAE>EE>AE with BHT as a control. Conclusion: This study showed that EAE of D. chinensis might be valuable antioxidant natural sources and seem to be applicable in both healthy medicine and foods.
