四川省两市医生吸烟行为调查及其影响因素研究

目的了解四川省成都市、宜宾市医生吸烟状况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方法，对抽取的两市1107名医生进行调查，描述其吸烟现状；应用二分类Logistic回归模型探讨男性医生吸烟的影响因素。结果两市医生吸烟率为16.89％，其中男性吸烟率为33.89％，女性吸烟率为1.38％。影响男医生吸烟的主要因素有被动吸烟知识评分、工作年限、家庭禁烟规定以及所在医院的禁烟规定。结论有必要及时更新男医生的吸烟和被动吸烟的知识，利用家庭、社会支持网络和开展控烟健康教育，降低医生的吸烟率。

Study on smoking status and influencing factors for smoking among doctors in two cities of Sichuan

Objective To investigate the current situation of smoking among doctors in two cities of Sichuan, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods 1107 doctors were surveyed with questionnaires to describe the current situation of smoking among doctors in two cities, and binary logistic regression was adopted to analyze the influence factors for male doctors. Results The smoking rate of doctors in the two cities was 16. 89% in total. The smoking rates for males and for females were 33.89% and 1.38% respectively. The main influencing factors of smoking among male doctors were as follows： knowledge of passive smoking, years of working, and the extent of prohibition on smoking at home and hospital. Conclusion It is essential to update the male doctors＇ knowledge about hazards of smoking and passive smoking. Family and social support combined with health education can be used to help smoking doctors to stop smoking.
