摘    要:目的:探讨了新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者血浆内皮素(ET)和生长抑素(SS)水平的变化及临床意义.方法:应用放射免疫分析对63例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者进行了血浆ET和SS检测,并与35名正常健康新生儿作比较.结果:病儿组血浆ET水平显著高于正常儿组,而SS水平则显著低于正常儿组(P<0.01).结论:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的发生发展与ET和SS水平的变化密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET and somatostatin(SS) levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Plasma ET and SS contents were determined with RIA in 63 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 35 controls.Results In neonates with HIE,the plasma ET levels were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01),while the plasma SS levels were significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Development of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in ...
